Radiance MediSpa are delighted to announce that we have won Medical Aesthetic Clinic of the year 2017.
The 2017 Professional Beauty Awards were held on Sunday February 26, 2017 at Tobacco Dock, London and honour the achievements in the aesthetics, beauty, spa, and nails industry.
We asked Dr Ros Debenham what the award meant to her:
To win the Professional Beauty awards Medical Clinic UK is such an honour & 2 years in a row is just amazing. At the awards ceremony I made a point of congratulating & thanking the secret shopper & judges for coming all the way down to Exeter to spy upon us & the put us through our paces. They sat in reception watching how our clients were dealt with & talked to them. They scrutinised our website & literature & TV screen information before watching the treatments we provide. The secret shopper put me through my paces with many facial & body concerns for me to offer advice on. For one treatment that she requested, I had to advise against it as she would not have benefited yet she said other clinics had agreed to do it! I had no idea she was the secret shopper until the very end! The award confirms to us & our clients that we really do do things properly, consistently. 2017 is set to be yet another great year with more cutting edge treatments being delivered.
The award follows on from winning the Medical Aesthetic Clinic of the Year at the Professional Beauty Awards 2016. To date these are our most prestigious accolades.
