About Exilis Ultra 360
The Exilis Ultra 360 is a next-generation device that provides safe, controlled, comfortable heating just below the surface of the skin. The treatment causes new collagen formation and skin tightening. A course of 4 treatments means the skin gets even more fit with successive stimulation. The treatments are 7-10 days apart and the results continue to get better for the next 3 months. Results can be enhanced when used in conjunction with ZO skin care products and Skinade Collagen drinks. It can also be used on the body to cause permanent fat reduction.
The Problem
As we age, we lose the collagen in our skin, causing loss of elasticity, wrinkles and an aged appearance. If the skin layers are heated to above 40°C, collagen production is stimulated and the skin tightens to appear more youthful.
On the body we tend to store our fat in certain areas and not in others. Exilis Ultra 360 enables the fat cells in specific areas to be disrupted and permanently be removed from the body whilst tightening the overlying skin.
Childbirth and age lead to a laxity of the vagina and the vulval skin. Exilis Ultra 360 offers a safe solution to this and can be combined with the Emsella chair treatment to tighten the pelvic floor muscles.
How It Works
The 360 volumetric heating uses radiofrequency to disrupt old collagen fibres and creates new collagen formation. The heat is spread in a 360 fashion throughout the skin which also helps to give results over a larger area. The combination of ultrasound and radio frequency leads to permanent fat reduction. A course of 4 treatments, 7-10 days apart, is needed with results continuing for a further 3 months. This is likened to an intensive ‘bootcamp’ for the skin.

- On the face: Forehead, upper and lower eyelids, lower cheeks, around the mouth, lips, jawline, under the chin, neck.
- On the body: Decolletage, upper-inner arms, forearms, hands, tummy, flanks, love handles,inner outer and lateral thighs, buttocks, bra straps
- Intimate areas: Vulva and vagina
The skin is cleansed and a grounding pad applied to the back, buttock or leg. Gel is applied throughout the treatment to help dissipate the heat. The handpiece is smoothed over the skin in a slow, gentle movement and the temperature rises. Once at 40°C the skin is stimulated to produce collagen. This temperature is maintained for a certain length of time depending on the area being treated. Afterwards the skin is cleansed again and your next appointment is booked. There is no aftercare and you can continue with all normal daily activities.
Exilis Ultra 360 is for anyone wanting skin tightening to improve, stave off aging skin or as maintenance. There are very few reason why treatment is not suitable for you including metal implants within 1m of the treatment area.
Some results can be seen after just one treatment but the results are compounded with successive treatments. The results continue to get better over about 3 months.

The radio frequency causes the temperature just below the skin to rise. This is where the heat is needed to stimulate the collagen and is much hotter than that produced purely by heat on the skin from stones.
A course is usually 4 treatments about 7-10 days apart which means the skin ‘remembers’ that it needs to produce collagen when it is heated up to 40 degrees C. For skin that is more damaged more treatments are advisable.

We are giving a complimentary maintenance treatment at 3 months for a short time. The cost is dependant on the number of areas that are treated and we have combined various areas that we know are most asked for.
There is no downtime except some redness straight after the treatment.
This is a year round treatment that is not affected by a tan but we always advise use of suncream throughout the year.
