About CoolSculpting & Cool Mini
Developed by Harvard scientists, the unique and clinically proven CoolSculpting procedure involves freezing fat cells without damage to any other cells. CoolSculpting is a non-surgical procedure designed to target and permanently remove those stubborn fat cells from targeted areas of your body. At Radiance, we’ve been conducting CoolScultping treatments since 2011. With more experience than the majority of UK clinics, we know how to get your best results.
The Problem
Our fat cells are laid down at birth and puberty, in a distribution that is usually similar to our parents. Stubborn fat areas are notoriously difficult to get rid of, even with a considerable amount of exercise and strict diets. Regardless of where your body stores its fat, CoolScultping can target this area and help you towards gaining your confidence back.
How It Works
A suction pad is applied to the area and it draws up the fat and skin under a dome shaped metal applicator that extracts heat from the body. Our new updated applicators lower the temperature by a further 1°C to get even better results. Treatments take 30-45 minutes per area.
At the end of the treatment, the pad is removed and the frozen area massaged. The fat cells die from the freezing temperature and are then permanently and naturally eliminated from the body over a 3 month period. Fat reduction is followed by skin tightening on most occasions.
We can combine Emsculpt Neo for extra muscle building especially in the abdominal area and arms. Other skin tightening treatments, such as Exilis Ultra 360, can also be used to get further results.

Wear loose clothes to your treatment, bring your tablet/laptop if you wish, but you can watch our smart TV. Bring snacks if you are having multiple treatments on the same day.
The area will feel tender for up to a few weeks and can swell a little. You may get some minor bruising. You would usually be able to go about your normal daily activities straightaway. You will see the results of CoolSculpting’s fat reduction in 1-4 months, we review at 3-4 months. This is a great time for you to see your new shape and you won’t have had the hard work of losing weight. We will reweigh you and take pictures to compare. Usually one to two treatments are needed spaced 2-3 months apart. If you want a second treatment it is done at an even more reduced cost to perfect the results.
