Dr Ros Debenham is Exeter’s leading aesthetic doctor practitioner. After working in general practice for over 22 years, Dr Ros moved into the aesthetics industry in 2008. Since opening Radiance in 2013 with her daughter Katie, Dr Ros quickly built up a large client base in Exeter, the Southwest and abroad.

Winner of the Venus Lifetime achievement for the UK in 2016, Dr Ros was a huge contributing factor in the establishment of the Harmony Assessment Program – a new method of facial assessment that is used at top aesthetic clinics in the UK.

Dr Maddie BS MBBS is a fully Qualified Aesthetic Doctor. She studied Psychology at Exeter University before studying Medicine at Barts & the London School of Medicine.

Dr Maddie completed her advanced training in botulinum toxin and dermal filler techniques at Derma Medical in 2017 and has been working as an aesthetic doctor since 2021. Dr Maddie has a passion for aesthetics and skincare and she specialises in Botox and other aesthetic treatments for Millennial clients.

After qualifying at Champneys, Hertfordshire, Katie envisioned herself running her own business using the latest medical-based beauty treatments.

Katie is qualified as a Cosmeceuticals, skin, body contouring, laser and CoolSculpting therapist. She places huge value on getting her clients great results and revolutionising beauty through the latest innovations in skin care.

Jade has worked in the beauty industry for over 10 years and is trained in most aesthetic and laser treatments including Hydrafacial, INDIBA, Chemical peels and much more.

She is passionate about ZO skincare and skin health and helps clients with any skin concerns to help boost their confidence. Jade is also trained in semi-permanent makeup, also known as micro-pigmentation or cosmetic tattooing. Jade is the lead aesthetician in miraDry, the permanent sweat reduction treatment.

Charlotte joined Radiance in 2014 and brings a wealth of knowledge from working in the beauty industry for 15 years. She has worked in Australia, travelled the world and worked as a therapist which led to her passion for aesthetic treatments. Charlotte came back to the UK to start a career as an Aesthetic Therapist.

Charlotte is fully trained in laser, CoolSculpting, body contouring and all things skin related. With hundreds of loyal clients, Charlotte is a skin expert and is passionate about getting you the results you deserve.

Kellie has worked in the beauty industry for 12 years and in that time has built up a fabulous portfolio of beauty treatments. She prides herself on giving the most perfect manicure and pedicure!

Kellie is passionate about skin care and aesthetic treatments, making her a great fit to work at Radiance Aesthetic Clinic. Since starting here in the Summer of 2022, Kellie has trained in Exilis, Miradry, Laser Hair Removal and all laser and skin treatments. Kellie has built up a huge following of clients and is getting them amazing results.

Paulina studied Beauty Therapy Level 2 & 3 at Exeter college, winning Student of the Year and qualifying with a passion for the industry. She quickly built up a loyal client base with her massage skills and facial treatments.

Paulina is delighted to be working at Radiance Aesthetic Clinic, and has built up her qualifications and gained experience in advanced beauty and laser treatments. One of her favourite treatments is laser hair removal. Paulina is dedicated, professional and very warm hearted. All of Paulina’s clients leave the clinic feeling fabulous!

Lauren completed Level 2 Beauty & Level 3 Diploma in Spa & Electrical Facials in 2012. Since then she has worked in the industry adding many treatments to her portfolio & building up a very loyal clientele. Lauren is fantastic at all beauty treatments and is a very impressive manicurist and she loves to wax. She is best known for her amazing Hollywood wax, once you have had intimate waxing with Lauren you will never go anywhere else! Lauren is training in advanced facial products and treatments at the moment – watch this space!

Celia qualified as a Beauty Therapist in 2016 and has continued to gain experience and qualifications in all fields of beauty therapy including facials, pedicures & manicures, waxing and eyelash extensions! She has a passion for her work, is always smiling and thrives when helping achieve their goals to be the best possible version of themselves! ✨

Kate has worked at Radiance since its opening in 2013. As Brand Ambassador, Kate is ZO Skincare trained and you’ll often find her at reception, heading events or helping clients find the right skincare products for their needs.

Kate gets huge job satisfaction from seeing clients’ confidence grow through their transformations at the clinic. Always bringing a smile to the clinic, Kate welcomes every person who comes through the doors to ensure they feel welcome and knowledgeable about the treatments they’ll be receiving.

Sarah joined Radiance with a wealth of knowledge in the beauty and hair industry. She is passionate about providing positive customer service and always provides the type of service she’d wish to receive herself. Sarah understands that clients may feel nervous arriving at the clinic and she always takes time to make sure you feel welcome and relaxed.

Over the years, Sarah has had almost all the treatments Radiance offers so can answer your questions from her own personal experience. Knowledgeable about the ZO Skincare range, she can help you create your own bespoke regime.

Katie Gray is our newest member of the team and has brought several years experience working as a PA. Having watched Radiance grow over the years, Katie understands the entire treatment range on offer at the clinic and can assist in any questions you may have.

She also operates as the Radiance social media manager and keeps everyone up to date with the latest industry treatments and our before and after pictures! She is a mother of two and her kind nature and willingness to help, along with her organisational skills, make her the perfect match for Radiance.
