Dr Ros, her daughter Katie and their experienced team have been in Exeter since 2012. As soon as you enter the clinic you will feel the passionate, professional yet friendly atmosphere. Our ethos is based on evidence based treatments using the best medical grade products alongside FDA approved machines and devices. Our huge array of treatments may seem daunting, but rest assured, we will guide you all the way along your journey whether you’re going in the fast lane, or want to just dip your toe in slowly. Dr. Ros
Qualified Aesthetic Doctor
Dr Ros Debenham is Exeter’s leading aesthetic doctor practitioner. After working in general practice for over 22 years, Dr Ros moved into the aesthetics industry in 2008. Since opening Radiance in 2013 with her daughter Katie, Dr Ros quickly built up a large client base in Exeter, the Southwest and abroad.
Winner of the Venus Lifetime achievement for the UK in 2016, Dr Ros was a huge contributing factor in the establishment of the Harmony Assessment Program – a new method of facial assessment that is used at top aesthetic clinics in the UK.
Dr. Maddie
Qualified Aesthetic Doctor
Dr Maddie BS MBBS is a fully Qualified Aesthetic Doctor. She studied Psychology at Exeter University before studying Medicine at Barts & the London School of Medicine.
Dr Maddie completed her advanced training in botulinum toxin and dermal filler techniques at Derma Medical in 2017 and has been working as an aesthetic doctor since 2021. Dr Maddie has a passion for aesthetics and skincare and she specialises in Botox and other aesthetic treatments for Millennial clients.
Katie
CoolSculpting & Body Contouring Specialist
After qualifying at Champneys, Hertfordshire, Katie envisioned herself running her own business using the latest medical-based beauty treatments.
Katie is qualified as a Cosmeceuticals, skin, body contouring, laser and CoolSculpting therapist. She places huge value on getting her clients great results and revolutionising beauty through the latest innovations in skin care.
Jade
Qualified Aesthetic Practitioner
Jade has worked in the beauty industry for over 10 years and is trained in most aesthetic and laser treatments including Hydrafacial, INDIBA, Chemical peels and much more.
She is passionate about ZO skincare and skin health and helps clients with any skin concerns to help boost their confidence. Jade is also trained in semi-permanent makeup, also known as micro-pigmentation or cosmetic tattooing. Jade is the lead aesthetician in miraDry, the permanent sweat reduction treatment.
Kellie
Qualified Aesthetic Therapist
Kellie has worked in the beauty industry for 12 years and in that time has built up a fabulous portfolio of beauty treatments. She prides herself on giving the most perfect manicure and pedicure!
Kellie is passionate about skin care and aesthetic treatments, making her a great fit to work at Radiance Aesthetic Clinic. Since starting here in the Summer of 2022, Kellie has trained in Exilis, Miradry, Laser Hair Removal and all laser and skin treatments. Kellie has built up a huge following of clients and is getting them amazing results.
Paulina
Qualified Aesthetic Therapist
Paulina studied Beauty Therapy Level 2 & 3 at Exeter college, winning Student of the Year and qualifying with a passion for the industry. She quickly built up a loyal client base with her massage skills and facial treatments.
Paulina is delighted to be working at Radiance Aesthetic Clinic, and has built up her qualifications and gained experience in advanced beauty and laser treatments. One of her favourite treatments is laser hair removal. Paulina is dedicated, professional and very warm hearted. All of Paulina’s clients leave the clinic feeling fabulous!
Celia
Qualified Beauty Therapist
Celia qualified as a Beauty Therapist in 2016 and has continued to gain experience and qualifications in all fields of beauty therapy including facials, pedicures & manicures, waxing and eyelash extensions! She has a passion for her work, is always smiling and thrives when helping achieve their goals to be the best possible version of themselves! ✨
Kate
Appointments & Brand Ambassador
Kate has worked at Radiance since its opening in 2013. As Brand Ambassador, Kate is ZO Skincare trained and you’ll often find her at reception, heading events or helping clients find the right skincare products for their needs.
Kate gets huge job satisfaction from seeing clients’ confidence grow through their transformations at the clinic. Always bringing a smile to the clinic, Kate welcomes every person who comes through the doors to ensure they feel welcome and knowledgeable about the treatments they’ll be receiving.
Sarah
Appointments & Client Service
Sarah joined Radiance with a wealth of knowledge in the beauty and hair industry. She is passionate about providing positive customer service and always provides the type of service she’d wish to receive herself. Sarah understands that clients may feel nervous arriving at the clinic and she always takes time to make sure you feel welcome and relaxed.
Over the years, Sarah has had almost all the treatments Radiance offers so can answer your questions from her own personal experience. Knowledgeable about the ZO Skincare range, she can help you create your own bespoke regime.
